Dungeoneering

The title of this post has nothing, at all, to do with the content of it.  “Dungeoneering” is actually the name of a song by Tim Hecker, one of my favorite artists.  Hailing from Montreal, he broke through in 2001 with his album Haunt Me, Haunt Me, Do It Again.  I remember listening to this album over and over again one winter break when I was living in the Jayhawker Towers.  It was one of the only things to get me through that break.  But back to the issue at hand, “Dungeoneering” is off of his album Harmony In Ultraviolet.  It is also on the compilation Innature in an alternate form.

All I’ve been doing lately is Baby Birds Don’t Drink Milk (BBDDM).  They are going on tour starting Monday and it’s the final push to the summit.  Me and Drew, guitarist of BBDDM, have been working on putting together the CDs for days.  My room became a small sweatshop.

I made the following gif out of different illustrations of eyes which came out of the Better Homes and Gardens®: FAMILY MEDICAL GUIDE published in 1978.

Also if you haven’t seen me on Google’s StreetView you can go to 704 S. Massachusetts, rotate around and see me standing angrily on the corner.

I hope you enjoy this post, but it does have a somewhat selfish motive behind it. I’m trying to embed some flash into my posts and the last time I did this it attacked my website with ten-thousand errors.

That being said, let’s take a rewind to a year ago:

And if you liked that, here’s some more wonderfulness from the Web 2.0 culture:
